Jon Gordon, a distinguished Managing Partner and co-founder of Sheer Velocity, LLC (INAC USA) in Denver, Colorado, boasts over 25 years of expertise in executive search and business leadership. Before transitioning to the executive search industry, Jon led ventures in venture capital-backed startups. His career encompasses significant roles in IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain, with a keen focus on recruiting top-tier talent at all levels. ⁣

An accomplished entrepreneur, Jon has founded and operated successful companies and is deeply committed to community service, particularly through his involvement with Boulder’s Emergency Family Assistance Association.⁣
