Jelena has extensive experience in the field of human resources and organizational consulting primarily within multinational companies operating in Serbia as well as in countries in the region.
She holds the role of Head of People Solutions in ICAP Serbia as of June 2012. and she leads Executive Search department and assignments, advice client companies in recruiting and assessing top managerial, senior and middle level talents. Furthermore, she leads all Human capital consulting projects including Assessment & Development centers, Talent management, Outplacement and Performance management systems. She also advises clients regarding trainings and implements training & development solutions.
She has deep understanding of executive level positions` requirements and hands on experience in the range of industries: Banking and Finance, IT & Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Construction & Real Estate, etc.

Prior to ICAP Serbia she worked for Adecco as Senior Consultant for 5 years where she was in charge of ESS, massive recruitment and assessment projects in range of industries.

She graduated from Faculty of Philosophy, Psychology department, University of Belgrade.

HR Consultant, ICAP Serbia
Ivana Ostojic is experienced human resource professional, with experience both in the role of an internal and external consultant on executive search & selection projects, assessment and development centers, outplacement and outsourcing projects.
On the position of HR Consultant in People Solutions department in ICAP Serbia her duties encompass recruiting and selection processes for senior and top management level positions, as well as advising clients regarding employees’ assessment and development, training, outsourcing and outplacement needs. She has experience in working on different positions in sales, IT, finance, production etc. within various industries.

Before joining ICAP Serbia, Ivana was working for Delta Generali Insurance as Recruitment, Selection and Competency Development Officer and was in charge for the entire recruitment and selection process for all positions` levels as well as for organizing and conducting Assessment and competency development centers. Prior to this, she worked as HR Consultant in MSS Staffing Services and was in charge for executive search process for middle and senior level positions in multinational companies.

Ivana holds Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology and Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Faculty of Philosophy, Belgrade University.
